1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using RenoTrack ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and RenoTrack ("we," "us," or "our").

2. Description of Service

RenoTrack is a web-based application that helps homeowners and contractors manage home renovation projects. The Service includes:

• Project and task management tools
• Budget tracking and cost analysis
• Supplier and contractor management
• File storage for photos, receipts, and documents
• Timeline and Gantt chart visualization
• AI-powered project planning (where available)

3. Eligibility

You must meet the following requirements to use the Service:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract
• Not be prohibited from using the Service under any applicable laws
• Provide accurate and complete registration information

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Account Creation

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4.2 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account.

5. Subscription Plans and Billing

5.1 Subscription Tiers

RenoTrack offers three subscription tiers:

• Free: Limited to 1 project, 25 tasks per project, 250MB storage
• Pro: Unlimited projects and tasks, 10GB storage, priority support
• Premium: All Pro features plus 100GB storage and advanced features

5.2 Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

5.3 Price Changes

We may change subscription prices at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of price increases. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

5.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until then. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

5.5 Free Trial

We may offer free trials for paid plans. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged for the subscription.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Scrape or collect data from the Service without permission

7. User Content

7.1 Your Content

You retain all rights to the content you upload ("User Content"), including project data, photos, and documents. By uploading User Content, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display it solely to provide the Service.

7.2 Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your User Content. You warrant that:

• You own or have the right to upload the content
• Your content does not violate any third-party rights
• Your content complies with these Terms and applicable laws

7.3 Content Removal

We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Our Intellectual Property

The Service, including all content, features, functionality, code, and design, is owned by RenoTrack and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your personal or business use, subject to these Terms.

8.3 Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
• Use the Service to build a competing product

9. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

10. Service Availability

10.1 "As Is" Service

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. While we strive for high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

10.2 Maintenance

We may perform maintenance that temporarily interrupts the Service. We will provide advance notice when possible.

10.3 Service Changes

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES
• OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM
• WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS (though we recommend backups)
• WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR THIRD-PARTY ACTIONS OR SERVICES

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on warranties or liability, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RenoTrack from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your User Content
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights

13. Termination

13.1 By You

You may terminate your account at any time by emailing us at support@renotrack.co.

13.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Fail to pay required fees
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• Abuse or misuse the Service

13.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may delete your data 30 days after termination.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

14.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14.2 Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be resolved first through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes may be brought in the courts of England and Wales.

15. General Provisions

15.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and RenoTrack regarding use of the Service.

15.2 Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.

15.3 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right.

15.4 Assignment

You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.

15.5 Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
