About RenoTrack

Renovation project management software built for UK homeowners.

Why we built RenoTrack

RenoTrack started where most products do: with a problem nobody had properly solved. Halfway through a real UK renovation, the founder realised that spreadsheets, WhatsApp threads, paper quotes, scattered photos, and a notes app weren't a system — they were a way to lose track of where the money went, who was on site on Monday, and whether the kitchen fitter had been paid the deposit.

The renovation tools that did exist were built for enterprise project managers or for builders, not for the homeowner sitting at the kitchen table trying to keep multiple trades coordinated through a six-month project. Generic project management software like Asana or Trello wasn't built for budgets, suppliers, or the very specific stages of a UK renovation.

RenoTrack is the tool we wished existed during that first renovation — and the one we've been refining since, with input from other UK homeowners doing exactly the same thing.

Who we build for

RenoTrack is built for UK homeowners managing real renovation projects: kitchen extensions, full-house refurbs, buy-to-let renovations, and phased multi-year projects. Anywhere you've got more than two trades, more than ten tasks, and a budget that has to behave, RenoTrack gives you the structure to stay in control.

We're not trying to be a tool for builders managing their book of clients — that's a different product. RenoTrack is for the person paying the invoices and living through the dust.

How we work

RenoTrack is a small UK-based product team. We ship in weeks, not quarters. We listen to users directly — every feature shipped in 2026 came out of a conversation with a real homeowner running a real project. We're independent (not VC-backed and not part of a larger construction-tech company), which means our roadmap is driven by what UK homeowners actually need rather than by the demands of an enterprise sales motion.

We take privacy seriously: every record in RenoTrack is protected by row-level security so only you and the collaborators you've explicitly invited can see your project data. We're UK GDPR compliant by design, not as an afterthought — see our Privacy Policy for the full detail.

What's coming next

Our current focus is making the core renovation workflow — budget tracking, supplier management, task coordination, AI-assisted planning, and progress documentation — as good as it can be. On the near roadmap: PDF exports for sharing project summaries with lenders or contractors, project templates for common renovation types, and a portfolio dashboard for landlords and serial renovators managing multiple projects at once.

If you want to shape what gets built next, we'd love to hear from you.
